To avoid payment failure, make sure that you use your BRI account. Your payment will not be proceed if you transfer from other bank account.
After selecting BRI Virtual Account as your payment method, you can follow these steps to complete your payment with Virtual Account:
1. Enter your BRI card, then enter your PIN.
2. Select Other Menu > Payment.
3. Select Other Payment > Briva.
4. Enter your virtual account number then tap OK.
5. On the payment details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your total bill.
6. Complete the payment according to the instructions given.
7. Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
