Tiara Mas started off as a company that provided long-distance land transportation services. Headquartered in Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara, Tiara Mas marked its first venture by introducing the intercity and intra-provincial (AKPD) route of Sumbawa – Mataram. This service was first introduced in 1994 to facilitate customers who looked for a convenient and safe land transportation service. In 1995, Tiara Mas began to expand its service area to Java. To support this strategy, Tiara Mas opened an intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus route from Sumbawa to Surabaya and vice versa. This great achievement made Tiara Mas the first company from Sumbawa Besar to pioneer a cross-Java route. Today, Tiara Mas has been known as one of the best bus operators in Sumbawa. One of the distinctive features offered by this bus company is that its services are always oriented towards passenger satisfaction. In terms of the facilities it provides, Tiara Mas provides an executive class bus that offers a variety of facilities such as meal services, pillows, blankets, a toilet, a smoking area, and LED TVs. Each passenger can also rest comfortably during the trip thanks to the 2 - 2 seat format, equipped with reclining and spacious seats. In addition, the bus company, whose logo is a red crown, is supported by a fleet of Mercedes-Benz and Hino buses. For the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) routes, Tiara Mas provides services spread across several cities, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Labuan Bajo, and Lombok. As for the intercity and intra-provincial (AKDP) routes, Tiara Mas provides transportation services from Sumbawa to Mataram and vice versa. Until today, Tiara Mas has been running its business from its head office located on Jl. Komodor Laut Yos Sudarso, Seketeng, Brang Bara, Sumbawa Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. In addition to focusing on regular bus services, in 2003 Tiara Mas also began to develop a new business unit that serves tourist bus rentals across Tiara Mas’ branch office areas. Tiara Mas has also proven its quality of service by being awarded the Best Tourism Bus 2017 by Bismania.

1. Ticket is only valid for the date and time as written in the ticket.

2. Passengers are not allowed to carry animals, fragile objects, as well as dangerous or illegal objects (e.g. fireworks, explosives, illegal drugs).

3. Passengers are advised not to leave their personal belongings unattended throughout the trip.

4. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings and Tiara Mas will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.

5. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.

6. Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

7. Longer routes may include long transits. Passengers are advised to contact Tiara Mas directly for further information. Please note that Tiara Mas does not provide any accommodation during these transits.

8. If the bus is canceled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster), passengers will get a full refund.

9. Tiara Mas has the authority to transfer a passenger to another seat or bus when necessary.

10. Any claims made by passengers, such as a claim for bus delay or accidents, cannot amount more than the ticket price.
