Haryanto Bus

Haryanto was pioneered in 2002 by H. Haryanto. Haryanto started its operations with an initial capital of six buses serving the Cimone - Cikarang route. Due to lack of interest, Haryanto opened new routes, namely Jakarta - Kudus, Jakarta - Pati, and Jakarta - Jepara. Since then, the routes served have continued to expand to cover various areas in Java and Madura. In addition, Haryanto also serves route tickets to Sumatra, in collaboration with PO NPM, which is one of the bus companies in Sumatra. Currently, Haryanto has more than 100 bus fleets and serves the Executive class for all of its fleets. Passengers will get comfort during the trip because the Haryanto fleet provides various facilities such as reclining seats, toilets, mineral water, and snacks. Thanks to the quality of service, Haryanto has a fan club called Haryanto Mania which is managed directly by the CEO of PO Haryanto, Rian Mahendra. Apart from being a gathering place for loyal Haryanto passengers, Haryanto Mania is also a place to accommodate suggestions and aspirations from passengers which is certainly useful for improving services. Haryanto Terms & Conditions

1. Children age 4 years and above must buy full price tickets.

2. Passengers are allowed to carry 2 items of baggage, consisting of 1 smaller item (e.g. handbag) that can be stored under the passenger’s seat, and 1 additional baggage with a maximum size of 65 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. This additional item will be stored in the baggage storage area if available (first come first serve). If space is no longer available, baggage will be transferred to the next shuttle.

3. Passengers are not allowed to carry items that may disturb the comfort of other passengers (e.g. items with strong odor, animals).

4. Passengers are responsible of their belongings and Haryanyo will not be responsible for any loss of personal items.

5. Haryanto has the authority to deny boarding to passengers, or to cancel shuttle departure, when necessary.

6. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.

7. Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

8. If departure is delayed for more than 2 hours, the passengers can request for a refund. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.

9. If the shuttle is canceled due to mechanical failure or other reasons, the passengers will get a full refund.

10. If the shuttle experiences mechanical disruption for more than 60 minutes during the trip (e.g. engine breaks down, AC stops working), passengers will get a free-ride voucher that can be used for the next booking.

HARYANTO REFUND POLICY : After booking is complete, your ticket cannot be canceled and you cannot ask for a refund.

HARYANTO RESCHEDULE POLICY : You cannot change your bus schedule after booking is complete
