Due to COVID-19-related safety concerns, the Jakarta leg of ONE OK ROCK has been postponed. If you have bought a ticket, we understand that you might have a few concerns. Don’t worry, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs below for further information on the event and your e-voucher.
A: You will receive an email on December 14 with the guidelines for the refund process as well as a link to the refund form to fill in. The guidelines and refund form can also be accessed from the oorjakarta.com website. Refunds are only applicable for ONE OK ROCK EYE OF THE STORM ASIA TOUR 2020 JAKARTA DAY 1 & DAY 2 scheduled for 30 & 31 May 2020.
A: Refund requests can only be made between 14-31 December 2020. If you have not made the request to refund your ticket by 31 December 2020 (11:59 PM, GMT + 7), your ticket will still be active and can be used once the new schedule has been set.
A: The process will take approximately 30 working days after the refund request period ends (starting from 01 January 2021).
A: The amount of refund you receive will be the ticket price you paid during purchase plus tax. Ticketing admin fee & convenience fee will not be refunded.
A: Unfortunately, partial refunds are not available. If you choose to request a refund, all tickets purchased in one transaction will be refunded.
A: No need to worry about anything! Make sure you keep your booking confirmation safe. We will send an e-ticket to your email 7 days prior to the show with the new concert schedule.
A: As per the terms and conditions you’ve agreed on upon purchasing, ticket(s) are non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend with a valid reason to hand your tickets over to someone else, please contact us through email@example.com. Requests to transfer tickets will be reviewed case by case, so make sure you have supporting documents that can be used to validate your reasoning.
A: As of now, the event won’t be canceled. Based on the information that we’ve received from the promoter, this event will be rescheduled to a safer date. However, should we receive any news of cancelation, we will take proactive actions to make sure that you are properly cared for.
