HKExpress Seat Class
The airline provides three flight classes, namely economy class, premium economy class, and business class.
Economy Class
The economy class on HKExpress flights is named or branded 'Fun'. This is the most basic class that passengers can choose to fly with HKExpress and provide a fun and comfortable flying experience.
Economy class seats are arranged in a 3-3 configuration on most aircraft, with a seat pitch of 28x17 inches. Premium Economy Class

Business Class
Business Class on HKExpress airlines is called U-Biz. This fare is for a complete premium airplane and airport experience for passengers. Passengers in this class can change their flight date or time up to 3 hours before their scheduled departure for free, except for OTA admin fees and fare difference changes.

HKExpress In-flight Crew
HKExpress flight crew uniforms are dominated by the colors beige and black (stewards) and purple and white (flight attendants). Flight attendants wear beige suit tops, black shirts combined with black pants. Flight attendants wear purple blazers and white shirts combined with black skirts or purple pants. The characteristic color of the uniform worn looks very unique and fits the airline's identity. General Passenger Policy
- Each passenger is required to sit according to seat number.
- All carry-on items in the cabin must be placed in the overhead or under-seat storage bins.
- Cell phones and all electronic devices that transmit signals must be turned off or changed to airplane mode or flight mode.
- During take-off and landing, passengers are required to fasten their seat belts, straighten seat backs, fold tables, and open window shutters.
- All passengers are prohibited from smoking in the aircraft cabin.
Infant and Child Passenger Policy
- Infant passengers can be accepted for travel after 7 days of age.
- Flight reservations for infants can be made online 48 hours before the flight as a limited number of infants can be accommodated on flights for safety reasons.
- Infants are guests less than 2 years old.
- Infants must be fastened with a seat belt and held on an adult's lap.
- Only one infant is allowed per adult.
- The companion, responsible person or legal guardian of the infant passenger must be over 18 years old.
- Passengers over 2 years old must purchase a child ticket.
Pregnant Passenger Policy
- Pregnant passengers are advised to consult a doctor before traveling by plane.
- Passengers over 28 weeks pregnant must bring a medical certificate.
- Passengers who are pregnant must provide information about their pregnancy condition to HKExpress.
Policy for Passengers with Disabilities or Medical Conditions
- Airlines provide wheelchair services for passengers with special needs or illnesses. Passengers can contact the airline's Call Center for more details on wheelchair services.
