In our conscious effort to comply with the hygiene, health, and safety protocols following the COVID-19 situation, Traveloka Xperience is working with our partners to take extra measures to ensure your convenience. 

Venues and activities with CleanXperience labels implement a high standard of these protocols, based on what was issued by government agencies or other authorized organizations.

Our partners are committed to the following:

  • Providing hand sanitizer and cleaning the location with disinfectant regularly.

  • Requiring staff and customers to have temperature check and wear face masks at all times.

  • Applying physical distancing, reducing visitor capacity, as well as implementing online booking and cashless payment system for customers.

However, the CleanXperience label is not a certification and guarantee from Traveloka that our partners’ locations are free from the virus. The protocols implemented by each partner may differ from one to another. Traveloka will not be responsible for any violations of compliance with the protocols.
