How to Change Booking Details After Payment

To change the following things:

  • Route
  • Seat number
  • Boarding point
  • Passenger name

Please contact your bus or shuttle operator immediately as the availability of these changes is subject to the operator’s policy. 

To contact your bus or shuttle operator, open your e-ticket in My Booking. The phone number of your bus or shuttle operator is located at the top of your e-ticket.
