How to Refund a Car Rental Booking

Your booking is fully refundable as long as you submit your request more than 24 hours before your pick-up time. After that, your booking is non-refundable. 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your Traveloka App
  2. Go to My Booking.
  3. Open your Car Rental e-voucher.
  4. Scroll down to the Manage Refund section.
  5. Tap the Manage Refund section.
  6. Tap the See Refund Procedure button.
