If you want to check in to a hotel booked under somebody else’s name, please make sure that you are allowed to do so by contacting the hotel before your check-in date.

You can find the hotel’s contact details on the voucher sent to the email address you used for booking. You can also go to My Booking on Traveloka App, tap the hotel booking, and then tap Call Hotel on the Hotel Address section.
