Guest Review Contest Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The review submitted is based on your staying experience at the hotel.
  2. The review must be informative, descriptive and written in Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. The review must include original photos in high resolution that show facilities and uniqueness of the hotel.
  4. Every Friday, one winner will be picked and announced via email. The winners will also be announced once a month via Instagram Stories.

Things to note:

  1. Each review will go through a moderation process to ensure that it fits Traveloka’s standard regulation.
  2. Traveloka employees (including Customer Service) and their core family members are not eligible to enter this contest.
  3. The list of winners picked is final and cannot be changed.
  4. As the organizer, Traveloka is entitled to use voices, pictures, photos, names, and writing content submitted by the winners for publication purposes on Traveloka’s website and social media accounts. All materials will also be used for promotional purposes, for an unlimited period, before and after the contest, without additional compensations or advance notice.
  5. Traveloka is entitled to change or stop the contest temporarily or for good, with or without advance notice.
