When you make a hotel booking, you will be asked to choose if you want to use a credit card, debit card, or PayLater to guarantee your booking. Payment for the booking will have to be made directly to the property.
When you select credit card or debit card as your booking guarantee, you will be asked to fill in your card details. This means that if you do not show up on the day of check-in, the property has a right to claim for a no-show fee and your card may be charged and debited automatically.
When you select PayLater as your booking guarantee, we will hold the amount of your booking from your PayLater balance. This will be returned in 6 working days after you have checked out from the property. However, your PayLater balance will be deducted if you failed to show up for your hotel booking (no-show).
