Your car insurance policy can be renewed from 30 days to 1 day before the policy end date. Within that period, we will send push notifications and emails as reminders that your insurance is approaching its policy end date. Please note that you cannot change your insurance plan when you renew.

To renew your car insurance policy, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to My Insurance. Tap the insurance policy that you wish to renew. Then, tap Renew.
2. Adjust car accessories and additional benefits to be included in your renewal plan. Please note that, for car accessories, you can only choose from the items you have purchased before.
3. Review your Contact Details and Insured Details. You don’t need to re-upload photos of your car and supporting documents.
4. Proceed and complete your payment.
