You can claim the insurance through your Traveloka app, either through your Insurance E-voucher or the Insurance homepage. First, please make sure that you submit a claim no later than 30 days after the policy end date.
Through Insurance E-voucher:
1. Open your Insurance E-voucher via the Bookings menu, and tap Submit Your Claim at the bottom of the page to begin the claim process.
2. Follow the necessary steps there to submit your claim.
3. Claims are limited to one passenger per submission. If you need to make a claim for another passenger, please tap Request a New Claim and follow the steps again. Otherwise, tap Back to Claim List.
4. Once the claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your claim number within one (1) working day.
Through Insurance homepage:
1. In the Traveloka homepage, click the Insurance icon.
2. Click My Insurance.
3. Click the Claim tab.
4. Choose the policy and benefit that you wish to claim.
5. Follow the instructions and submit the claim form.
6. Once the claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your claim number within one (1) working day.
