To convert your Citi Rewards Points/Citi Miles to Traveloka Points, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App.
2. To start converting your Citi Rewards Points/Citi Miles to Traveloka Points, go to this page.
3. Read the Terms and Conditions, then tap Convert Now.
4. If you haven’t registered your Citi credit card on Traveloka, you will be asked to fill in the last 4 digits of your credit card number and your mobile number as registered on Citi. Tap Continue, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile number. Then, tap Verify and Continue.

If you have registered your Citi credit card, choose your card and tap Continue.

5. Choose the amount of Citi Rewards Points/Citi Miles you want to convert. After that, check the Terms & Conditions box and tap Convert Points.
