Introductory Level refers to the probation period that we provide to our new users. To pass this probation period, you must meet the following 5 criteria:

• Account active for 30 days or more.
• Limit used is more than Rp400.000.
• Paid on time more than once.
• Paid the minimum total bills of Rp400.000.
• No overdue bill.
