TPayLater account deactivation is due to several reasons where every TPayLater user who has his TPayLater account suspended has different reasons.
If previously you were only late in making payments (no more than 5 days from the due date that has been determined, then please make all payments for bills that are already due. However, if it turns out that you have made all payments that are due and your TPayLater account is still suspended, in order to provide a more sustainable TPayLater service, it is with a heavy heart that we have now temporarily disabled your TPayLater account, indefinitely.
Currently you are not able to apply for opening your TPayLater account. If economic conditions have improved, we will review and consider re-opening your TPayLater account.
Even though you can no longer use TPayLater for transactions, other payment methods at Traveloka are still available to you and you can still pay off your TPayLater bill according to the billing in your application to avoid late fees (ignore if you have paid all bills).
