I have Paid My TPayLater Bill to Collection Agent

Phone Billing

If you get a call from a TPayLater collection agency, you can choose to make your payment immediately or request a call back at a specific time.

Billing via Visit

If you get a visit from a TPayLater collection agency, you are expected to make a payment immediately according to the steps provided by the agent.

Make a Payment

To make a payment, you can also follow these easy steps:

1. Go to your TPayLater account on the Traveloka App.

2. Select Payments and tap Pay Now.

3. Select the payment method you want.

4. Make payments according to the amount stated on your TPayLater account to the account number provided.

Important to note :

1. All TPayLater bill payments are only addressed to the bank account in the name of PT. Trinusa Travelindo

2. If there is an attitude from our collection agent that is not pleasing to you, you can report it to us via Contact Us

3. If your bill has been paid through a collecting agent, but your bill has not been closed on the traveloka application or is still being billed by our agent, please contact us immediately via https://m.traveloka.com/id-id/contactus by including proof of payment which has been done
