I have a PayLater account, but why can’t I use it for transactions at the stores?

There might be several causes:andnbsp;

1. Your PayLater account is blocked/ /suspended. You might need to check your account status on PayLater page.

2. Your limit is insufficient.andnbsp;

3. You still have outstanding repayment which makes your available limit insufficient. Please pay your outstanding payment first so your limit will be restored.

4. Your PayLater Virtual Number is active. You need to disable the feature so you can use the limit for using In-store QR.
