Before submitting your claim, see the minimum claim submission period (waiting period) for each benefits below:

a. Death due to sickness:

• 1 - 2 months tenure: 7 days
• 3 - 12 months tenure: 14 days

• After the waiting period ends, submit your claim within 90 days since the incident by contacting PT FWD Insurance Indonesia Contact Center.

• You will receive the approval result maximum of 20 days after submission.
