I can't make a transaction with PayLater because the OTP code was sent to my old phone number

We will try to guide you to make data changes independently through the Traveloka App. Please follow these steps:

1. Open your Traveloka application,

2. Tap on My Account menu andgt; Settings andgt; Account Information andgt; Edit Profile

3. Tap the phone number or email address you want to change

4. You will be asked to enter the OTP code first before entering a new phone number or email address.

5. If you want to change your phone number, an OTP code will be sent to your email address. on the other hand, if you want to change your email, an OTP code will be sent to the phone number registered to your previous PayLater account.

6. After the OTP code has been successfully verified, you will be asked to enter a new phone number or email address.

7. Make sure you fill in the phone number without entering the number "0" or "62" Please enter it with the format "81234356xxxx"

8. If you want to enter a new email address, make sure your e-mail address is active.

9. You will be asked to re-verify with the OTP code to the number or email address you just changed to ensure the process of changing your account is safe.
