How to Transact Using TPayLater Virtual Number

Every time you want to transact using your Virtual Number, you need to activate it first. So, after browsing through the products that you want to buy and ready to pay, follow these steps to activate your Virtual Number:

1. On the merchant site, choose "Credit Card" as your payment method.

2. Open the TPayLater page on your Traveloka app, then tap the "Activate" button on the Virtual Number section.

3. Enter the OTP as required.

4. Copy-paste your Virtual Number details (card number, expiry date, and CVV number) to the merchant site.

5. Tap "Done" and your transaction will be confirmed!

Why is My Virtual Number Transaction Failed

There are several issues that might cause your Virtual Number transaction to fail. Check how you can fix each issue below.

1.andnbsp;Virtual Number is not activated

Solution:andnbsp;Activate your Virtual Number every time you want to transact and make sure you have enough limit.

2. Insufficient limit on Virtual Number

Solution: Please make sure you have enough limit on your Virtual Number before transacting.

3. Transaction below minimum amount

Solution: Please make sure your transaction is above the minimum amount of Rp50.000.

4. Merchant not yet supported

Solution: Please make sure you’re transacting on these accepting merchants: Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Bukalapak, and JD.ID.

How to Cancel Virtual Number Usage

If you need to cancel your Virtual Number usage, simply follow these steps:

1. If you’re not already on the Virtual Number details page, access it by tapping the "Open Details" button from the TPayLater page.

2. Tap the "Cancel Usage" button.

3. A pop-up will appear to confirm your action. Tap the "Proceed" button.

Once cancelled, your Virtual Number cannot be used for a transaction, and you need to activate it again from the TPayLater page. The limit that was reserved for the transaction will be returned.

Virtual Number Usage Information

• You need to activate your Virtual Number every time you want to use it. Otherwise, your transaction will be declined. Each time it’s activated, Virtual Number is valid for 1 transaction only.

• Once activated, your Virtual Number will be valid for 15 minutes. After this time passes, you need to activate your number again to use it.
