Refund is available for purchases made using PayLater.

The amount of refund you receive will depend on the cancellation and refund policy of the product you purchased. Please note that installment fees and late fees are not refundable. Therefore, you will still see these fees in your PayLater bill and account page, which you will have to pay accordingly.

• If you have not made any payment to your installment, then the full refund amount will be restored to your PayLater limit.

• If you have partially paid your installment, the refund amount will first be transferred to your PayLater limit. If the refund amount is greater than your remaining PayLater limit, the surplus will be transferred to your bank account.

• If you have fully paid your PayLater installment, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account. Before processing the refund to your bank account, we will send you an email asking for your bank account information. Please reply to the email with the necessary information.

Please be advised again that refund excludes installment fees and other fees, and you will still have to pay them as shown in your PayLater account page andamp; bill.
