After you’ve submitted your application for Traveloka Mandiri Card, we will send you an email containing the status of your application within 14 business days.

If your application is approved, you will receive your card within 7 days since we’ve sent the email. If your application is denied, you can reapply from 90 days after you've received the email.

You can also check your application status by contacting Mandiri at 14000 (24 hours).
