I tried paying my purchase with UANGKU Balance and the system sent the OTP to my now inactive email/phone number. I can’t pay for the purchase. What should I do?

If your registered email or phone number is no longer active, please send us the following information:

  1. The registered email or phone number in your Traveloka account
  2. An active email address or phone number that you want to register to your Traveloka account
  3. A copy of your valid ID card (KTP).

To send all the above information, please visit our Contact Us page, and follow these steps:

  1. Select product: General.
  2. Select category: Help me with.
  3. Select your situation: Setting up my Traveloka account.
  4. Tell us your concerns: Please add this email address/phone number to my account.
  5. Attach a copy of your ID card (KTP).
