The staff is amazing! Extremely hard working all while maintaining a high level of customer courtesy and friendlyness! I was amazed at their patience at times. The ocean view from our room was incredible! There was some construction going on throughout the resort but was mainly visible to us when we were taking the shuttle from the Divi to the Tam. We loved our vacation!

there was no beach view as my room was moved and no notification at all I was not happy at all about how Divi handled the situation with zero communication to me at all. I poaid to stay in beach front and did not get it

Nice place to stay, cabs are cheap to Palm Beach area of good restaurants and nightlife, great access with short walk to Eagle Beach. Tried every restaurant was ready to eat elsewhere after day 5.

I did not get the view of the beach from my room, however, once i leave my room and walk 3 minutes to the beach it was breathtaking. The bar staff was awesome rhe front staff welcome you like family. The room were clean but i stayed on the side that have not been upgraded yet. I've noticed a lot of renovation going on but they still keep the areas looking good for the guest. Next time i would like to say on the newest renovation area. Overall it was a great experience i would stay at Divi Aruba all inclusive again. Also rhe bus driver that took us back to the airport was a good tour guy

Beautiful place! It was undergoing renovations but these were handled to inconvenience customers as little as possible. Almost everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with the exception of a few bartenders who were somewhat rude and the guy making the pizza who was just a jerk. However, Bernadette was the one bartender who made up for anyone else. Fun, funny, outgoing, and made great drinks! From desk staff was lovely too. We also appreciated being accommodated in a first-floor, beachfront room, because my husband had a mobility issue. Food was great! We tried every restaurant. Get your reservations done early, as they fill up!
