The room was great for a person with a disability with the exception of the bed. Way to soft. I have a muscular condition and did not feel secure sitting on the edge to get in and out of bed and then trying to turn over was challenging. Please remember that not all clients are techno heads and want to use scan codes, or constantly look things up on their phones etc At least there was contact number if I had got into difficulty, but some basic printed info on room service, the restaurant and what was available would have been nice to have in the room. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall, we loved it! It's perfect for families – the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were nice and quiet, with dark curtains that helped us get a great night's sleep. The hotel is impeccably clean, which was a big plus for us.
The location is also fantastic, with plenty of shops and entertainment nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only reason we didn't give it a full 5-star rating was because the living area space wasn't quite as functional as we'd hoped. With the sofa bed folded out for our 5th guest, there wasn't much room to gather around and watch TV together. That said, everything else was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others

The bed was super large and comfy. Didn’t like that you had to pay extra for parking and had no other options. Also only stayed 2 nights but they don’t service your room. Didn’t clean daily or make bed. Had to ask for clean towels!

Room/bathroom set up for handicap access so shower water spreads all over bathroom floor. Wash basin tiny with no surface for toiletries. Mirror lighting bad.

Just a tad annoyed with Bottleshop service in foyer. Reception arguing with me about the price on computer vs the ticketed price. I wasn’t fussed but there was an apparent need to prove me wrong when the ticket was clearly incorrect. PSA I was still charged the higher price.

Very average. Confused parking. Reception staff unhelpful with instructions and information. Stayed in forth floor and wind howled against windows all night and whistled down the corridor making sleep difficult.
