Fantastic location, quiet but within 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants and amenities in Broadbeach. The flat appeared spotless but it needs a deeper clean. Behind the picture above the bed, the top of the mirror in the bedroom, the sockets, the cables behind furniture were all thick with dust. In fairness they sent 2 cleaners up immediately and they said they dont normally do that sort of cleaning but the whole flat needs the furniture moved and cleaned behind. Other than that it was a hugely spacious apartment and we loved it and would definitely stay there again

Amazing apartment, yet again. Always clean, and very spacious. Helpful, friendly staff. Fantastic amenities and so close to the heart of Broadbeach. We'll be back!

I was disappointed in the accomodation and didn’t think the 9.4 rating on the website was accurate.
The room was dated and not well maintained.
The hand shower didn’t work and needs replacing.
The seal at the base of the shower screen was dirty, brittle and mouldy.
The soap holder was rusty.
There was some mould in the shower grout.
The hair dryer didn’t work.
The sliding door to the deck came off the track and I was almost stuck on the balcony as the door was heavy for me to open to get back into the apartment.
The table lamps which were the only lighting in the bedroom were broken, one of the lamps the globe holder was hanging off and the other lamp the stand was on an angle.
The oven needed cleaning and the foil in the oven was dirty.
The microwave also needed cleaning.

Love, love, love staying at Belle Maison.
Booked 2 rooms for a family holiday. One 2 bedroom apartment on level 3 & one 2 bedroom apartment on level 7.
Both apartments were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable with excellent facilities.
Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and public transport.
Fantastic pool & BBQ areas and we loved the beautiful gardens.
Indoor heated spa, billiards room & gym were well set out.
We have stayed at Belle Maison many times & hopefully we will see you next year.

We were pleasantly surprised by Belle Maison. Whilst the decor in the room was very dated and mismatched, it was spacious, quiet and clean. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained and clean. It was also really good having an allocated car park, removing the need to stress about where to park. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It is nice and close to everything, with great cafes / restaurants within walking distance & Pac Fair just a short drive away. We will definitely be staying here again.
