Just a few minutes walk to Central Station and plenty of places to wine, dine and explore nearby. The bedding was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the reception we received from Joseph was warm and welcoming. If our travels ever take us to Sydney City again we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Going out of his way to make you welcome.
Unfortunately, they had had issues with hot water that day, and it didn’t seem to be fixed for the night I was there.

Close to Central station and interstate bus coach terminal. It’s centrally located to other tourist attractions as well. Room is basic but clean and comfortable. Receptionist was lovely and check in/check out was a breeze.

Our stay was short with late check in and early departure - our room had an illuminated exit sign shining through thin curtains so poor sleep- easily fixed with a blockout curtain. Central location.

Staff are great and nice, they let us keep our baggage before and after check in. Location is great due to central station being right there. Lots of restaurants are walking distance. The major con of this hotel is the smell … my husband and I had to run from the elevator to our room plugging our noise from how awful it smells. They try to mask it in the elevators and main area but wow did it ever smell bad. The previous reviews were not kidding about the smell. Our floor too had a whole wet area on the carpet that kept growing each day, really hoping it wasn’t mold but due to the smell something funky is happening with this hotel. For a short stay it’s fine but any longer stay definitely chose a different hotel.

Overall a perfectly good stay. The room needed a bit of maintenance and had trouble getting the shower hot one morning, but genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed in living memory and I slept like a rock through the night.

An Ok stay! Room needs basic maintenance and a good clean. No extra pillows in the room and the two pillows that were in the king room were very average. Convent location, quiet room.

Ideal overnight stay, close to Central Station and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Comfortable and clean room and surprisingly quiet considering that we overlooked the crossing at the station. Check in and out easy and staff friendly and helpful.
