Joesph was awesome. Upgraded to suite, king bed beautifully high & comfortable. Large bath towels modern big bathroom, no exhaust fan. Very close to central station.

Very outdated. The aircon didnt work and the toilet railings were coming off the wall. No real water pressure in the shower. I was in a connecting door room and you could hear next door clearly (not sound proof, they were just talking normal volume). Seems to be some massive leak near the links which smelt terrible. Staff were really nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. AC, TV, hairdryers were all functional. It’s not as bad as some of the reviews claim, I had a pleasant stay. Front staff were very helpful, extremely convenient location. Did not have concerns for safety, as female solo traveller. The corridors had worn carpet and a slightly damp smell. However they were cranking up the dehumidifier 24/7. I can’t complain.

The shower had no pressure and was pretty much cold. I stayed here for two nights. I let reception know after the first night and it seemed like they had tried to fix it. Shower th 2nd morning was almost as bad. Whilst the water pressure had improved slightly it was no where near what you would expect. Also the water was barely above cold. So effectly had a cold drizzle both mornings
