Lovely place to stay near Flinders street station and Yarra river! (Walkable distance)
The apartment was fully furnished with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean as they were renovated recently. Air conditioning (that I worried) worked well throughout the living room and the bedroom.
The only downside was the noise. It was a bit loud due to the street traffic and people talking next door, which made it a little hard to fall asleep.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had our room upgraded for free, and had a balcony looking out onto Lonsdale. Walking distance to shops and Melbourne Park. Great value for money, thank you

I checked in late at night as my flight was delayed. They were very helpful in being able to get checked in outside of hours. Clear and easy instructions. Great night stay for a short term stay.

Stay was great. beds comfortable layout and utilities good. Tv doesnt pick up free to air tv well, shower door didnt shut causing bathroom floor to have puddles and no powerpoints in kitchenette made needing to use table for toaster and kettle. But location and overall space was worth it.
I wouldnt recommend bringing a car here as only carpark is public use and was full most of the time

Beds were comfortable which was a positive.
Room was run down. Didn’t seem to be very clean. White stains on lounge, chairs and the floor. Air conditioner wasn’t working, rooms were stuffy and too warm.
There was a sign that said renovations were starting to happen. The bathroom looked like it had its walls and ceiling painted recently, however the paint had splattered over the bathroom, on the tiles and in the bath. There was a badly patched hole in one of the bedroom walls.
Parking was available next door which was handy.
Staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic for the lack of air conditioning.
