The room was clean enough, as was the whole facility. They really are no amenities, so that’s not relevant. The price was right and the location wasn’t bad, but the room couldn’t be smaller. The sink was in the shower, the shower was so small that if you didn’t make a towel barrier water flowed into the room. There was no way to leave even a single suitcase open and still walk from one side of the room to the other. I’m fairly confident this is an old hostel that has been converted to a hotel. The bed was hard and the pillows flat, but the linens were clean. If you’re okay being on top of each other the price is right.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the size of the room on arrival. The staff were understanding and found another room for our stay. Thanks for all the assistance. Will be back

Front & rear entrances are weird & hard to be dropped off or picked up from, maybe change the address so uber & taxi drivers don’t wait at the harder access point

Great budget hotel -ideal for the solo traveler. Close to the train- just around the corner. Plenty of eating options around the area. It was clean. The staff were helpful. The room had aircon. The breakfast was awesome for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

We were given a room in a 6th floor with a nice view. But I personally didn’t like the high place so I asked for changing a room to lower floor. A receptionist was very helpful to accommodate my request. A room was clean and comfortable. That’s what we wanted for one night stay. Thank you.

Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay, not many options but good. The room was clean; however, we could hear people from other rooms talking and flushing the toilet. Air conditioning system was working fine.

Rooms are comfortable and sufficient for the price you pay. While the variety on offer for breakfast can become repetitive if staying for more than a few days, the quality is good. Barista made coffee is a nice touch. Staff were friendly and very helpful, providing us with an early check in after we arrived very early and storing bags with no hassle on the last day. I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly option in an accessible location for everything Sydney has to offer.

Good location

The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable so I got several good nights sleep. Close enough to all of the attractions that you could safely walk to them (and found more to see whilst walking). There's grocery stores nearby as well as plenth of restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plenty to go around. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bed bugs

It was a good place. Very central. The staff are helpful. But the bed isn't good. Queen bed but they were two twin beds and they move.

Every thing very good. Slight problem with water on floor in bathroom due to drainage design but otherwise very good. Thank you
