Laundry room was great. Good washer and dryer. Easy to use. Staff were helpful. Turned air-conditioning off in our room, during our stay as found it very cold. No mattress protector on bed, just the under sheet that was not a fitted sheet. Just a sheet that slipped off as it was too small for the bed.

It was a fine hotel - comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. The 4 stars (rather than 5) due to a few things...no milk in the room for tea/coffee, a few hairs left in the shower, and no free parking.

Room was spacious, AC excellent, very quiet despite main road vicinity. Property location convenient, parking excellent. Some fixtures and fittings modest. Worst aspect was the non disclosure at booking that parking was a $20 per day extra.
