Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK.
Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone.

Only 2 concerns we had where the rangehood would not turn off hence sound disturbance. When we called to ask about it there was no answer at the desk. On going down later we found out there was only one young girl at the desk which we thought was an OHS issue / security risk. The friend staying with me has health issues also and her concern was what if she needed medical assistance and we could get hold of anyone.
Otherwise the over all stay was good.

Room very spacious & Comfortable. All amenities available - including kitchen scissors xx
Great cleaning staff, polite, restock as needed. Please ensure you hang your towels if you do not need them changing each day.
Polite helpful front of house staff. have stayed here 3 times nor & will stay again.

The housekeeping is a bit disappointing leaving the towel placed on the shower floor not replaced, the container for the coffee stuffs was dirty with food scraps from previous hotel guests and some cutlery not very clean. The incidental deposit was not refunded after 3 days and was only manually processed for refund when I called up. Other than these, the hotel is good in terms of the great hospitality and curtesy of the reception and its handy location to the Chatswood station. If the hotel can address the above issues, I would still recommend it.

The Quest at Chatswood is awesome. I came down for work and chose to stay here because I had heard good things about the hotel. Super quiet (I was on the 9th floor) and really convenient for shops and also my work function. Great staff and incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
