Very comfortable and well maintained hotel in a fabulous location, right on the waterfront, where large ships pass by. Great staff, friendly and helpful. This is how a hotel should be run! Nice outdoor pool, too.

Very clean room, with all we required. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had Happy Hour drinks and a nice meal.
The outside dining/drinks area is lovely with heaters and water views.
Would have loved a swim in the pool if it hadn’t been winter!

Really great location in Newcastle on the water. So many lovely restaurants nearby - but also close enough to walk to other areas of the city and to Darby Street.

Rude not helpful staff. Breakfast pathetic. Pace slower than slow. And dirty dishes.
Generally a very disappointing experience. And will definitely never return.

The room was freshly renovated with nice view. Property really well located however I had a room on the first floor in between rooms being renovated. Builders were working there the whole time...woken up by hammering and my planned afternoon sleep on Saturday afternoon not possible due to drilling.
Staff lovely and valet parking very easy.

I love staying here when in Newcastle. The location on the waterfront but close to city restaurants is perfect. The rooms ( suites) are the best layout I have encountered, with a kitchen bench and sink, comfortable sofa and desk opening up to a well appointed bedroom with plenty of room for bags and a large en-suite with lots of bench space to hold all your bits and pieces so they don’t get lost or left behind.

Pleasant room, very quiet, harbour views, nice walking paths alongside harbour.
Only downside was shower in the bath which is dodgy for aging limbs. I take my own non-slip mat which helps me avoid slipping.

We were checked in by Kiara who was very welcoming and professional. All the staff from bar to housekeeping were friendly and helpful seeing it was our first trip to Newcastle. The room was spotless.
