Every interaction we had with staff from check in, dining and check out was polite and courteous. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We had parking nearby and were able to walk a short distance to the entertainment centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice of hotel for a visit to Perth. Couldn't fault cleanliness, quality of room or friendliness of staff. Very conveniently situated to explore Perth. Coffee shops very close by as well as an assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend and would stay there again

Property is well located - close to shops and restaurants. Offsite parking is close, safe and very reasonably priced. The property is modern, well maintained and staff helpful. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. I thought the inclusion of movies etc was a very nice touch. I booked a contemporary room, but I was given an accessible room (contemporary may mean accessible? I am not sure). Anyway, as I am tall, I did find the sink uncomfortably low and I missed a soak in a bathtub which I was looking forward to having. However, as I was there just a night, I did not request a change room.

Nicely located hotel in a quiet area but with plenty of bars,cafes, shops nearby . Short stroll into town centre and down to the river area. Hotel was okay , maybe a little bit tired in the bedroom and succeptable to traffic noise being on the road . Good options for dining and small gym. All in all a decent stay and location.

I chose this hotel for one reason only - the promoted luxury bedding and pillow top mattress. In reality, the bed was fine, but really no better than the average hotel. There were a number of issues with things not working in my room, but they were all repaired.

Very new and modern fittings and furnishings. Poor Cleanliness - housekeeping did not vacuum floors or change sheets. Pretty sure the same towels were just rehung each day. One day the room was only partly tidied and a bag of rubbish left on the ironing board! No minibar if you wanted a snack or Nespresso maker so to me this is not 4 star. Rooms are absolutely tiny and mine didn’t even have an arm chair to sit on. I had to sit on the bed or the desk chair.
