Brilliant hotel about as central as you can get in Vienna, you can get cheaper further out but we did not want to waste time annd money on cabs. everything walking distance. Have to say the checkin staff were so friendly and really helpful with local recommendations. Rooms were lovely and in brilliant condition. Overall fab stay

This was the second time I stayed here and I booked the hotel for it's location. It was an unusual warm day in Vienna and the room was registering 26 degrees. I asked for help to turn the air con on and was informed that this is not working during the winter months ( we are in March). I therefore slept with the window wide open to try and be comfortable, which in turn meant waking up every hour to the noise outside on the street. Less than a good nights sleep.
In addition the shower had mould all over the floor, which is below standard.

It was central, with many main attractions a few minutes walk away. Room was a good size , light and airy. Bathroom was of a good standard. Staff informative and helpful.
Only criticism room very warm.... appreciate it was cold outside, but unable to dial it down just a little.

Everything was excellent at this hotel expect the check in experience was not the best. Had to wait about 20 minutes to check in as there was only one member of staff on duty. She did state that the hotel was experts shortage of staff. This was the only negative experience during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff on duty on Sunday 9th February was excellent.

Excellent central location could not be more ideal for the Christmas markets, shopping and restaurants.

Lovely hotel but none of the Platinum perks advertised by Hotels were offered or indeed available at this hotel (late checkout, free tour etc.
Sadly this is not the first time Hotels have promised things they cannot deliver.

When we booked we hadn’t realised what a fantastic location this hotel is, truely central with flat walking within city centre for all key amenities.
Glad we didn’t book breakfast, high price with so many great options around, get out and enjoy Vienna lifestyle.
Only complaint raised and not addressed was excessive heat in room, no individual control confirmed by reception so we left window open. Doesn’t fit their efforts to promote green credentials and should be addressed.
That said overall we would recommend and stay again.

Enjoyed our stay, we didn’t expect a 5 star facility as some reviewers’ expectations of sports facilities and conference rooms. For a four star facility, it has best location in town, centered at the most of the tourist attractions, clean and updated rooms, and these are all great.
Will definitely come back again.
