The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

quarto em boas condições de limpeza, café da manhã com variedade e qualidade. Sobre a acomodação deixa a desejar, o colchão com um buraco no meio, horrível para dormir. O frigobar extremamente barulhento do lado da cama. O banheiro é horrível, não tem nem Box, no lugar é uma cortina. Mas pelo valor é condizente.

Quartos bons, café da manhã Bom, funcionários atenciosos. Estacionamento grátis na entrada do hotel, quartos limpos, única coisa que não gostei foi o chuveiro elétrico, mas Recomendo esse hotel.

Reservamos um quarto de casal, porém chegando lá tinha apenas um quarto duplo (duas camas de solteiro), acho inaceitável você reservar um hotel com 1 mês de antecedência, chegar lá e te colocarem em outro por pura desorganização.

O café da manha era saudável. Os bolos poderiam ser melhores. O casal de amigos precisou trocar de quarto 2 vezes (ar condicionado pingamdo sobre a cama e no outro o vaso eatava entupido). No nosso quarto, o chuveiro era fraco. Excelente a limpeza e arrumação. Funcionários bem receptivos.

Quarto e banheiro apertados, o café quando acaba alguns itens não repõem, deixam toalhas e lençóis no chão do corredor por várias horas.

Estadia dentro do previsto. Quarto limpo, cafe da manhã variado. Ponto fraco: muito barulho de carros, motos, caminhoes durante a madrugada devido a localizaçao do hotel em frente a BR.

Minha experiência foi excelente, amei tudo, o quarto limpo, cheiroso. A recepção são todos bem atenciosos, educados. O café da manhã PERFEITO.

Equipe de funcionários excelente, localização é um pouco afastado do centro tornando o Uber mais caro. Não possui nada de comércio ao lado. Hotel possui boa estrutura, café da manhã saboroso.

Razoável, fomos bem atendidos!
