It was a nice stay

Great location, clean hotel, a little worn and loud , but understandable due to proximity to airport.

Great location near the airport, fairly good amenities. Restaurant could use a bit of an expanded menu and a couple more waitstaff. Shower drain was very slow. Asked the desk to have someone look at it twice but no change. But I’ll be back. Everything else is great and can go to Sheraton across the street for larger restaurant and food options

Excellent stay. Favorite part was the blackout blinds as I needed to sleep for a very early wake up

The frequent pick up and drop off at the airport was great and the staff ay reception was super friendly and helpful.

Room and decor was dated and damaged. They charge for everything. I called to let them know I would be checking late. Very unhelpful. Will not stay here again.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. I was only staying for a short 5-hour layover between flights and needed some rest before my connection. At check-in, they kindly offered a wake-up call, which I requested for 4:30 a.m. since I only had about four hours to sleep. Unfortunately, the wake-up call came at 2:02 a.m. instead, interrupting my already limited sleep and leaving me much more tired for my onward journey. While I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the incorrect wake-up call significantly impacted my stay. They asked if they could do anything I honestly did know what to say.

Unfortunetly we came back from our trip sick, and needed a change of bedding during the night. They came to pick it up, but never brought the new ones. Also, we paid for continental breakfast, but where told the next day that it wasnt offerent yet, but that there was muffins, cereal and bread to toast... we were VERY dissapointed with that as we had timmed just enough time to get up, eat and leave to get our train so we didnt have time to find a place to eat, no refund or solution was offered. Our first visite the week prior to our flight however was perfect, the game was on, the barmaid was excellent, the food served during the game was excellent, for a sports bar!
