Really good location, it was close to all the big landmarks in the downtown. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good and useful. Front desk staff could’ve been a little more friendlier at the time of check in but other than that no complaints. Would visit again.

Room was clean, however a bit tired looking, just main lighting just lamps, which we found odd. The room was for 3 people (could fit 4 possibly 6 with 2 small double beds and a sofa bed) however only 2 cups and 2 glasses, again odd. There is a microwave and a tea/coffee machine, however as the pods area isn't cleaned you get residue coffee drop into the cup. The staff were helpful. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which had a reasonable amount of choice, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, eggo waffles or small pancakes on different days, toaster with bread and bagles available, tea and coffee, orange, apple juice and water, 2 cereals and small cakes selection, be prepared to eat out. The reception did advise us we could order food to the hotel and meet drivers in the lobby, there is a Tim Hortons left of the hotel and a brilliant convenience store to the right, which does hit qnd cold fresh food (salads, sandwiches and hot meals) The building is very close to the Eaton Centre Mall (5min walk) lots of homeless on the streets outside, they didn't bother anyone that we saw but just be prepared to see them sleeping lots.
