We spent 3 nights at this charming boutique hotel while visiting friends and family. One of the first things we appreciated was the property's size. With only about 30–40 rooms spread across a two-story complex, it felt quiet, relaxed, and never overcrowded. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Grandview Highway, making it simple to get around the area. Our room appeared to be recently renovated and featured a modern design with more space than a typical hotel room. There was also a small balcony that my wife especially enjoyed. I was pleased to see vinyl plank flooring rather than carpet, which gave the room a cleaner feel. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and both the room and, especially, the bathroom were clean throughout our stay. The highlight of the property for us was the beautiful courtyard. It has a peaceful, Zen garden atmosphere with an open layout, comfortable seating areas, tables, couches, and chairs. We spent a considerable amount of time there relaxing and unwinding between family visits, and it became one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Parking was another plus. The complimentary parking lot had ample space, and we never had any trouble finding a spot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in through departure.
