Good location didn’t get room I was confirmed for, no lower floor no bath tub. Room had terrible view/noise from overlooking the parking lot. Upon arrival window open… windowsill and telephone dusty and dirty… window looked as if it had black mold inside… breakfast was overpriced, 4.00 for toast 3.00 for an egg, a 9,00 dollar fruit bowl had small orange cut up and unpeeled, a few grapes add a slice of melon and chunk of pineapple no berries ! Presentation looked last minute. Sam at desk was however helpful . !

The Sparo restaurant is excellent. Breakfast with a view and attentive staff.
The location is great, close to Signal Hill, the Battery, the harbour and downtown but very quiet. Perfect place to enjoy St John's.

I loved the Harbor View. Even during our down time, we could sit and enjoy watching the ships coming and going. Also, you have the fastest elevators LOL.
I did not care for the constant dripping of the bathtub faucet.
