Only issue we had was the air conditioners in the room - they were old, loud (clicking and wheezing) and the air smelled like mold, which made me quite ill. Also the only parking around is Valet Parking which is $40 a day. Hotel was clean, staff were great.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to downtown and many restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is they clean the room every other day which is fine except it would have been nice to have enough coffee left in the room for 2 or 3 days. The breakfast was great lots of options and was where I was able to get my morning coffee. Thank you

The parking is only valet and they take a very long time to bring your car even when you give notice. There’s no safe in the room. They only clean the rooms every other day. They refused to check us in 15 minutes earlier than check in time! The lobby and breakfast are very basic.

Completely overpriced and constantly getting worse each visit. Customer service on the phone and in person was horrible. Mandatory parking is $40 and in the tiniest of fine print so whatever the rate is add another $40 a night to it. Breakfast was awful microwaved scrambled eggs and soggy potatoes, sugar juice and burnt coffee.
