Exceptional stay at the hotel. Everything was outstanding and the food at the Resturant and room service was wonderful. Service was very efficient and warm and the conference facilities and banquet staff were top notch. Highly recommend.

For some strange reason we were put in an accessible room which shouldn’t really make a difference BUT the doors of the closet had been removed which meant movement switched lights on and disturbed the other person. And TBH the bathroom wasn’t great, and a valve failed on the shower which meant we had to go to the gym to get a shower to get out in time for our days activity. After this they switched us to a normal room which was fine. There was not much on offer for dining. Arrived early evening from a full 24 hrs travelling to be told we needed to book to get a drink in the bar… Definitely needs less designer shops and more facilities for guests. In all I think this property is trading on the Fairmont brand and disappointingly does not live up to it.
