Cet hotel est catastrophique et n'aurait jamais du louer des chambres durant cette période car l'ensemble des étages étaient en rénovation majeure!! du bruit incessants de marteaux et drill tous les jours, de la poussiere partout et l'odeur de la peinture suffoquante rend invivable les chambres!!
il y a fausse représentation car il n'a jamais été mentionné dans votre annonce que cet hotel d'hiver est en rénovation en ce mois de juin 2026. j'ai fait une plainte pour un remboursement total des frais déboursés (une offre de remboursement de 25% nous a été faite mais ne compense pas la privation de jouissance et les frais occasionnés en quittant chaque matin la chambre à l'arrivée des ouvrier vers 8h00 le matin) car on était pris au piege et nous a été impossible de trouver un autre hotel proche une fois sur place alors que la conférence pour 3 jours a déjà commencé chez son voisin le Mariott.
On a du enduré cette situation catastrophique car cet ébtablissement ne nous a pas offert une autre alternative fiable en dehors d'une autre chambre dans un état pire de l'initiale ou partir chercher un autre hotel alors qu'aucune chambre n'était disponible à moins de 800$ la nuit au Mariott. Ce que nous avons décliné.
Nous pensons qu'il y a une mauvaise foi caractérisée car personne ne doit louer une chambre dans cet état de chantier majeur. le gain facile ne doit pas primer sur la santé, la sécurité et la tranquilité des clients.

Poor communication, key access codes were not shared prior to check-in. During the check-in day, had to make numerous attempts to get through the call agent to retrieve the access codes. To top it up, we were given only 3 rooms as against our booking of 4 rooms!!! Which was the most terrible experience. Some major glitch on their system or between Expedia and the property that caused this extremely poor experience.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced and a complete waste of money. The hotel was under heavy renovation, yet they continued renting rooms as if everything was normal. There was dust everywhere, plastic sheets covering areas, and a strong paint smell throughout the property.
The room itself was unacceptable — dust covered the floors and furniture, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The elevator was extremely old, and the corridors did not even have proper flooring finished. The entire place felt more like a construction site than a hotel.
Guests should be informed properly before booking, because the current condition is far from suitable for a comfortable stay. Charging full price for such an experience is unacceptable. I will definitely never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Le condo était correct. Il y avait des rénovations dans le couloir extérieur à notre condo, je le comprends. Un petite époussettage et une balayeuse n'auraient pas été de yrop. Les oreillers étaient minuscules et inconfortables. La fenêtre ne fermaient pas non plus. Le reste était bien..
