The hotel itself was nice except for the fact that our toilet wouldn’t flush from day one. We called the front desk to unclog the toilet multiple times a day and it got to the point where we had to go down to the lobby to use the washroom even in the middle of the night to avoid having the toilet clog with every flush

What I liked about this hotel is its location: it has beautiful panorama views from high floor; it’s on walkable distance from restaurants and shopping center; we also took a walk to Stanley park, which was perfect combination of walking and exploring downtown. Service was excellent: staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only part I didn’t like is its small rooms and not included breakfast. Otherwise it would be an excellent hotel.

I found the Hilton in Vancouver surprisingly average overall. The bedroom floors are quite drab and the rooms are cramped, even though we got a 1 bedroom suite. I was disappointed that the TV didn’t work in our bedroom and we didn’t have enough towels for everyone. The food from room service was good, but they brought the wrong sandwich for my daughter and the item my son wanted from the menu wasn’t available. The pool, hot tub and gym are all very nice and clean. Overall it was just an ok experience for me and my family. I expected more from Hilton.

Good location downtown, room was nice only thing was our room was a beside the elevator and we can hear the elevator go up and down in our room. Elevator is really slow
