Lovely and clean. Excellent breakfast and walking distance to 2 antique markets and St. Jacobs market.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly staff. Room was spacious and laid out well. Breakfast on Sunday wasn’t the greatest but our breakfast Monday morning was incredible! Even had chai pudding! Definitely recommend staying here.

The smell of marijuana in the foyer area and also in our room. The breakfast has forgotten about the lessons from Covid as we had many shared utensils for jams, butters and marmalades and group yogurt.

This hotel was great. Very clean up to date fixtures and decor. Staff at front desk were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Best part was the quiet. The parking lot was full and we barely heard noise during our stay. It was our first trip to the area, all the attractions we visited were accessible by car or Uber. Didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled good.

Had a great stay! The rooms were clean and welcoming. The only downfall I would say is the checkin time was at 3pm sharp not a minute sooner - which created a bit of a line to check in. The pool room is hot! If you are going as a watcher wear shorts and a tshirt and bring water! Other than that it was a great stay and we will come again!

The room was perfect, lots of space and we enjoyed the separate living space.

We really enjoyed the room. One of the twoEV chargers were not operating. Location is great near the craft brewery and St. Jacobs Market.

Really liked the hotel.

The stay was excellent except the house keeping. They didn't vacuum really well before we got our room as I found chocolate chips on the carpet and they certainly didn't vacuum while we had the room. The hotel doesn't replenish coffee or coffee cups daily either which we didn't like. Otherwise good experience.

Good stay, nice people working and great access to parking

In town for a wedding and not expecting much. We were thrilled with the cleanliness of the property, the spaciousness of the room and bathroom (which itself was the size of my bedroom at home;), and breakfast. Perfect stay. Thank you!

We have been staying at this specific location for years, and for the most part have a great experience. This time though, there was a fire alarm between 1-2am. It took a long time for everything to be inspected and reset, and then when we were finally allowed to return to our room, the alarm went off AGAIN! It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Thankfully, we weren't required to evacuate a second time. We would REALLY appreciate if the hotel management would do everything in their power to ensure this doesn't happen again, and it would have been nice to have received at least an acknowledgment or apology gesture from the hotel. All the staff acted like nothing happened, and that left a bad impression.

due to mechanical issues the fire alarm went off at 1am and once the fire dept showed up and turned it off once we finally started to dose off it went off again shortly after for a short time. since we were there due to dance competition and kids finished late and had to be up by 6am this caused parents and kids exhausted for the next full day full of prep, dancing and long drive home.

Really had a bad night , as the fire alarm ruined the whole night . The alarm went ON & did not go down until the fire truck arrived & there was no fire it was a technical issue. Otherwise the hotel is top notch .

Beautiful hotel, only issues are change of bedding doesn’t seem to have been done since previous room guests for the sheets were dirty with traces of pubic hair etc. we slept on the mattress pad and removed the pillow cases and put towels on pillow cases. We understand the concern about the environment etc but with cases of measles and other diseases around, is it really worth not washing the bedding from 1 guest to another? We stayed in London, England last December 2024 and they change the bedding every 3 days while we were there for 12 days and yes, the bedding was very clean when we arrived. As for breakfast, I’ll save from paying for breakfast at hotel and prefer other outside restaurants, the whipped butter in the jar was not even nice to look at so please bring back the little butter and jam packets.

Front desk staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Area was quiet, close to the market, some restaurants, and parking was ample.
