Our stay at this hotel was good, no complaints! The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. We had a room that had a shared bathroom- it wasn’t the most ideal. However, we made it work and figured out how to lock it (for extra security once in the bathroom). Overall, a good hotel, and relatively local to downtown Vancouver!

So the was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The issue is it’s was $360 for a room that I can barely turn around in. Also, the gym was not open when I woke up at 6am to go use it. Every hotels gym is 24 hours.

Overall pretty clean, the room didn’t have tissues which would’ve been nice to have. Shared bathroom was generally pretty clean, wasn’t ever in use so you weren’t waiting to use it which was nice. Overall I think it was overpriced given that we didn’t have access to our own private bathroom.

This hotel is decent. Our only complaint is that it is way too expensive. The amenities do not justify the price that we paid. There are no tissue boxes in the room, no coffee machine in the room, no lotion. It would be fine if you were paying $100 or $150 per night at most. We paid far more than that, unfortunately. I guess that’s just Vancouver.

The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up.

I was very satisfied with my stay at hotel willo. I was expect it to be more hostel vibes, but it was exceptionally clean. Great location, great staff. The shared bathrooms were very clean! Will definitely be staying here again
