Right across the street from Chinatown and only 10 minutes from Old Montreal so location was exactly what we were looking for. Housekeeping was confusing - they didn’t give us the towels we asked for then took them away the next day. They were even supposed to do any housekeeping so we were confused. View is great. We’d stay here again.

The stay was so bad that I ended up getting a different hotel even though Hotel Zero was non refundable. Between the valet being impossible to find until I waited 20-30 minutes in the line at the front desk, the room not being ready for an additional 30-45 minutes even though it was past check in time, the odor in the room and the clearly understaffed and under caring reception area, I couldn’t justify wasting another minute in the place. The valet decided after having the car for 30 minutes they couldn’t park it due to a roof topper that could have easily come down, and when on the phone with my wife, the front desk hung up on her as she was asking questions. Hotel Zero is aptly named. Nothing redeemable about this total rip off of a place.

This boutique hotel was a revelation. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I was upgraded at no extra cost immediately (and without even asking!) and offered free breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and utterly seamless. The hotel itself is close to everything I wanted to visit in Montreal, and staff were endlessly helpful and friendly. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back.

The hotel was modern , well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge ,closets and drawers to store items, and iron and board , a blow dryer ! Really all you you may need was there in a clean really quiet room .... The excercise room was not worth useing though sadly ... and could use more professional equipment Overall I would return and I was quite happy with the stay .

We’ve stayed here multiple times and are always happy. Great location for seeing a show at Mtelus, and having some great meals in China Town. I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future!
