Let’s star with the breakfast; it’s underwhelming and the “hot” food was cold. You can tell this hotel is old but the keep it very clean. However the noise was next level; between the cleans starting at 7am with the crazy loud elevator followed by the drilling into concrete starting at 8am that just echoed through my room. I was never told before booking it after booking that this was happening, unprofessional in my opinion. BUT, the worst waking up to the window cleaners looking into my room when I was still in bed. GROSS! Every other hotel I’ve stayed (dozens) lets guests know about window cleaning the day before with a written notice so they can close there curtains. Staff never asked about my stay nor even said thanks for staying with us. I do not recommend👎

I asked for housekeeping 2x. No housekeeping in the room and we stayed 3 nights. Also, a chemical smell in gym. We did not use the gym.

They didn’t have our room ready on our first day. Once we got settled into our reserved room on the second night, it was better. An odd hotel, for sure. One room had no nightstand, no light at the bedside, no place to set a suitcase to unpack it. It seems that management and housekeeping have switched roles, management is extremely deferential to housekeeping, rather than the other way ‘round. It would be great if they could sort that out, management appears helpless to ask housekeeping to do anything for a guest. It's nice to have a Couche-Tard right off the lobby. The on-site breakfast is limited and takes place in a room that was both cold in temperature and cold in decor, but it ended up being complimentary for us because of the reservation mix-up. All in all I don't think we would return.

The hotel was in a great location! We had a couple issues when it came to check in and being late due to cancelled flights (after already calling to inform the property). We booked an extra night in the same room due to flight also being cancelled home and the hotel called us at check out time even though we booked an extra night. They didn’t read the notes on the account apparently and thought we were late checking out. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay! Managing the property and reservations could be better but everyone was so kind it was all okay.

Nothing fancy but a comfortable place to sleep through the night, bed is just right firmness. Very close to Chinatown and walking distance to the old port and Notre dame. They have breakfast which has the same menu everyday. It’s ok to start the day but not perfect

Clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was okay, no change day to day but we did ask the chef and he managed to bring out something different for us one day which was nice. Rooms were very dim, need a lot more lighting. Hotel is right near to chinatown like literally across the street. Bus transit also right outside, with a line going to the airport.
