Check your credit cards! They charged me once when I checked in AND a second time after I checked out. As well I called the front desk to get my car from valet service 45 minutes before I needed it, and when I came down to pick it up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. It would have been nice to advised when I called, so I could plan accordingly. Otherwise room and location nice.

The receptionist told me I could leave my car with them for valet parking but neglected to tell me that there would be a charge for it. I asked if parking was included with my stay and was just told yes. They charged me over $100 in parking. I disputed this and was told the manager would get back to me but no one has called me since.

The rooms were quite chilly & there was no parking for a Ford F150 truck anywhere in the area (only 6 foot clearance in the Place des Arts garage they recommended). We had to park very far away & walk to & from our vehicle which was quite inconvenient with the continuous snowstorm.

Poor service. Tv not working, room still with old stained towel on the floor, shower not working at all. Everytime you go at the front desk, with have to deal with a "will be back soon" sign.

The room, those small and looking cozy, was very cold. The temp was set to 20 degrees, it could not be adjusted. The windows are old and a constant breeze came through. We added breakfast to our tab, and for 20$ each, the breakfast did not consist of much. Finally, there was no indication that they had valet parking. We drove around and found the garage to park at, but had to pay $10 extra than the cost for valet parking.

Huge lack of communication. Hotel parking can not accommodate any type of vehicle other than a small car - would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Had to park two blocks away and walk with all of our luggage in the snow to the hotel. And, the address they gave me for this second location wasn’t even right. So I was wandering the streets of Montreal looking for it. Very poor attempt to bridge language gaps between French and English. I understand this is a French speaking province but as a hotel you must understand that you’ll be serving people in English as well - I had no idea how to get to my room. Didn’t find out until I was ready to leave that there was a second elevator. When I asked how to access the stairs I was asked why I want to access the stairs instead of just helping me get to my room. Hotel has nothing available. I forgot a toothbrush - nothing available ale for purchase. Also needed Tylenol or something - no chance. Overall this was not a great experience. It was annoying and felt like a poor choice of hotel. Won’t be back.
