I would have rated 3 star due to the couch that smells like cigarettes and gritty floor, and an unprofessional checkin,however them trying to keep $400 of my money is absolutely deplorable and I'm pissed and really worth zero stars

The instructions for the airport shuttle did not work. The text option wasn’t answered and the instructions for using in English were in French! It took me over an hour and kind help from 3 bilingual strangers who also had trouble understanding the message. Quite unnecessary glitch at the end of a long plane trip. I did inform the front desk they need to make a better message. Bonne chance!

I appreciated the clean room, helpful staff and airport shuttle. However the bathroom in the room is overdue for a reno. There's water damage on the wall, tile grout is stained, shower head doesn't work properly. There is no towel rail for those of us who wish to use towels more than once. There is very limited counter space for toiletries. There is also damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. The outside door to the parking lot does not line up correctly which makes it difficult to open and close. Regarding the reception area, the 2 coffee machines need to be replaced. It was difficult to figure out how to make them work properly and then all the options but one were "not available". The coffee machine in the breakfast room worked and was easy to use.

First time staying here and it was not bad, not spectacular but good. Being near the airport, it was a busy spot for travellers and a bit nosiy with the plains but not unbareably so. I got there a little early and my original room was not ready but the front desk person found me another room and I got checked in. There were some food options near by and a walmart which was convenient. You have to be careful when arriving as you can easily miss the entrance. I did that and had to drive around the block to get another shot as it was only one-way in front of the hotel. The place was a bit dated but not bad; I have stayed in worst Quality inns. I never partook in the free b'fast so I can't comment on that. Overall, it was not a bad spot to stay and the price was decent for the time of year.

Awful experience, room old and dirty, pictures on expedia are not updated, false advertising. Old wet carpet. A king size bed with mini pillows and a couch put diagonally and they call it a suite. Next to elevator, questionable clientele, some people passed out in the lobby, smell like pot in the hallway (3rd floor). Call for a refund immediately with expedia, was send back and forth between the hotel manager and Expedia. Two hours of our time waisted to solve this issue. Was there for funerals. Never again!!
