Very subpar hotel that being said, the location and price are great. If you aren't going to be spending time sitting in hotel just book a room here.

The hotel is older (ie. There's no exhaust in the bathroom, there's no staircase to access the underground parking). Our room was missing a fridge and the bathtub wasn't draining well. If you don't mind staying at an older hotel, this place is for you. Most staff (parking attendants, front desk, room cleaning staff) were welcoming and helpful. They immediately fixed the bathroom drainage. But there were a coupe cleaning staff who were rude. I was waiting for the elevator with a hotel cleaning staff and elderly guests to get to the parkade. As soon as the doors opened, she was went in while a guest was trying to get off. Then started talking loudly to a coworker who's on the other side of the elevator in their language. And both proceeded to push their way to get off from the sides of the elevator even when the elderly guests were closest to the door. That was our last day and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. If things like these don't affect you, it's not too too bad.

Room was what you can expected, old but clean and comfortable. From the beginning, procedures weren't clear, we had a misunderstanding with breakfast and also with payment. Depending on who you speak, they will tell you different things. I was charged twice for my stay and still waiting for my refund, after 7 days of check out.

The room door doesn’t close without literally body slamming it shut and all night you will hear other guests doors slamming shut. There was tape on the pipes under the bathroom. I paid over two hundred and fifty dollars for one night. And heard yelling outside the room all night. The rooms are no where near sound proof. There was a stain on the sheets.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for anything you're doing downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only real complaint was that the thermostat said it was set to 20 C for my comfort, but my room was definitely at 23 C and the note beside it said to only adjust it 2 degrees either way. So I set it to 18 C and I don't feel like there was any change in temp, so I had to open the window all night and even then the room was quite hot.

The room was okay, there was some weird red/rusty fluid coming from the vent above the bathtub that was gross. The parking situation kinda sucks fills quickly and the paid parking Nextdoor would only let us pay till about 5am and we had to be up at that hour to extend couldn’t figure out how to pay for even 12 hours it was strange. The elevators were slow and constantly jammed up we had to wait in the basement for about 7 elevators till we could finally get upstairs.
