Room is okay and neat. Not sure if the exhaust fans in the washroom is working?? Balcony is clean. Good view. Front desk staff are very helpful and nice. Requested to have a fridge in the room, and they added one immediately without extra charge. The breakfast in the lobby was good (and good portions, holy), and the server is a very nice lady. Easy check in and check out! Very nice hotel.

Room was very hot. Checked in and the thermostat was set at 12c, yet I was sweating in my shorts. When it eventually did kick on, after having to open a window, it would beep then hiss, all night. Even after closing the window. Bathroom is very small, as in the door was about 28" wide, good luck to anyone who needs accessible amenities. Parking is a forced valet for an extra $21/night. On the upside, the room was clean, the place felt safe, the staff were friendly and the beds were good to sleep in. Also, not related to the hotel itself, the " convenience" store on site has the worst hours imaginable.

Friendly staff and great location. Quite dated with old carpets and door locks that didn’t ever work the first try, but comfortable beds. They need to figure out or improve the radiator situation - I’m not sure if the temperature is lowered when the rooms aren’t in use, but the first night it was so loud it was impossible to sleep through. Fortunately the second night was quieter, but the third night I could hear a similar noise from an adjacent room. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference on the very high temperature. Although not fully the fault of the hotel, someone smoked something rank in a room beside me and it all came through the vents/door and stunk up my room severely.

Closet hanger was completely separated off the wall, the balcony door would not close properly and when it did close, it slammed extremely hard. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on and the hot water was scalding. Our last morning we were rudely awaken to an extreme loud couple that rented the room at 3am for only a few hours to nothing related to sleeping. Completely unacceptable for a child to have to hear that.

The hotel itself was good but the surrounding area was not. There’s a club next door that lets out at 2am, and it’s loud enough to wake everyone up. Kids drag race their cars down the road and come into the hotel screaming at 2am
