Friendly and professional staff members and clear instructions of getting into my room a little bit of recommended restaurants in nearby area. So it was well done.

This place was incredibly nice. We stayed in the Bye Felicia suite and there were plenty of comfortable beds and the bathroom was very nice. There isn’t really a true living room or kitchen but a common area with a counter and a sink. The worst part was getting up and down steep stairs to get to the suite. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Public transit in front of building. Beautiful parks very close. Parking convenient behind the building. No elevator to access rooms but our mistake for not verifying before our stay. Not a deal breaker but if you have mobility issues with stairs it could be. Not really a complaint but a garbage pail, dish cloths and face cloths would have been helpful. I imagine if I contacted the management they would have brought them. Again not a complaint! It was our first time visiting this area of Toronto and it was great. I would definitely stay here again! Convenient to all amenities. Felt safe, quiet at night, very nice neighborhood. Room was nicely updated, beds comfortable and bathroom very clean and updated. Very walkable area close to Humber College. Full size fridge and freezer was convenient. Shoppers directly across the street. Visited Rabba grocery store on Thirteenth Street. Staff here are wonderful and a Tim Hortons inside. Loved how quaint this place was. Definitely would stay again! 🙂

The Westlake is cute but bring all your own stuff. There is shampoo, conditioner, body soap and towels but no extra toilet paper, nothing to cook with, no coffee pods to go with the machine and the stove has a note on it saying it is for warming only.
We were in the Neverly Hills suite which is super cute but note: the flamingo wall (the attraction to the room)- you have to turn each light on individually and half of them didn't work and had burnt batteries. The floors are carpeted throughout except for the bathroom. Comfortable beds, Netflix available, lots of natural light. Parking isn't guaranteed, it's first come first served behind the building. There is other parking options near by if it's full. The Hotel is located above an adult entertainment club which we could not here in the room. There are locked doors, one at the entrance, one past the lobby to get the rooms and the room itself so it feels safe. I would say this hotel is not accessible, all stairs no lift to the upper floors and multiple doors to pass through.

Rooms were extremely clean and had a luxury feeling without being too costly. Easy to not have to go through a check-in process and being allowed to head straight into our room. Staff was on-call and helped tremendously when my phone died and I could not find where the door to our suite was located. Kitchen had a good and limited selection. I was a little scared of parking as I didn't know if I would get a spot, but there was enough spaces(5) for each of their rooms.

I was extremely impressed with the staff that are attentiveness the delivery of towels when needed the constant calls and touching base to ensure that my stay was excellent. It absolutely was. Would go back in a heartbeat. Some of the comments about the area I was there on a Friday night and there is no excessive noise no lingering weird people coffee shops are super cool in the area easy to get around. Raj and the team are top notch even followed up with me the next day to confirm how much I like the property if I had any issues and feedback. 5 and 5 stars for sure.

The room was tidy & clean and I love that you got a code to enter the building itself instead of talking to staff as no one was around when I arrived. Great for introverts!!

We stayed in the forest suite, and the room itself was nice due to the fact that it had some dishware and a microwave. Storage was pretty sparse as there were only two hangers and two tiny drawers to store clothes. The bathroom was modern and nice and there was some more storage space there. I think the few qualms we did have did in fact add up, and would make it not likely for me to try and stay here again. The bathroom door did not close all the way, the hot water was milky in color, and the comforter and bed sheets had stains on them. I liked the property itself and the food nearby was super good. Being across from a shoppers is also awesome. Overall we liked our stay but there were some things that made our experience not as amazing as we expected.

The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well constructed and also clean. Providing a netflix account for guests to use and a personalized booklet with local information/recommendations was a nice touch. The bed is also comfirtable.
Cons: the lighting is quite harsh, due to the fact there are no light shades to diffuse it. The lighting in the bathroom is the most pleasant. A kitchen towel or an easier-to-use drying rack would be nice to have
